Mr. and Mrs. Scott | Oak Creek Farm Summer Wedding
Kesley and Ryan’s summer wedding at Oak Creek Farm had it all. Tears, lots of laughs, memorable moments, and a beautiful Virginia sunset. Their day was beautiful inside and out and I’m so happy to share it with you.
Mr. and Mrs. Gelles | Northern Virginia Farm Wedding
Tyler and Annie got married at the stunning and historic Sunnyside Farm in Hamilton, Virginia. The weather was perfect for an early October wedding. Thankfully we were blessed with a beautiful overcast day and not a single drop of rain!! It was an emotional and fun day all around. I loved how thoughtful Annie’s details were to her. She incorporated many family heirlooms and things her mother had given her, which made it extra special.
Mr. and Mrs. Leis | Central Virginia Farm Wedding
Austin and Sami’s central Virginia barn wedding was emotional (and fun!) from start to finish. Their family and bridal party welcomed me like I was one of their own from the very beginning.
Sunset Portraits: What they are and why they should be on your wedding day timeline
Planning your wedding day timeline can be stressful. Determining what to include and what not to is one of the major stressors of a bride. I'm here to tell you why it's important you add bride and groom sunset portraits to your wedding day timeline.
What to do the week before your wedding
There is so much going on the week before your wedding. Finalizing the decorations, making sure everything is gathered in one easily accessible place, making sure none of the groomsmen show up late (lol). Here I am going to list a few things you should do the week before your wedding to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Corey + Katy | Fredericksburg, VA Intimate Wedding
Corey and Katy got married in a beautiful intimate ceremony with only their immediate families present on a breezy early Spring day in Fredericksburg, Virginia. They had planned to have their ceremony and reception in June but Corona changed all of that.
2019 Year End Wrap Up
Y’all, 2019 has been so good to us. I “officially” started my business, shot four of my own weddings, second shot another three, and so many more things I will talk about here in a second.
If you don’t know me personally yet, you probably don’t know that I’m a serious numbers person. I’m talking I LOVE numbers. So here is a year-end wrap up in numbers:
Tyler + Amber | Lakefront Engagement Session
Tyler and Amber’s Lake Anna Engagement session holds a bit of a special place in my heart. This is my sister and her FIANCE! These two have been in front of my camera literally since I got my first one. They’ve evolved with me from photography as a hobby to photography as a business. More importantly, though, I’ve gotten a front row seat to watch their love grow.
Troy + Emma | Mountain Top Vermont Wedding
Emma and Troy’s mountain top wedding day was absolutely perfect. Set in the mountains of Vermont on Emma’s family’s Christmas tree farm, the setting could not have been more beautiful. Every detail was meticulously planned, everything was executed without a hitch, and most importantly, Emma and Troy are MARRIED after 9 years (!!) of dating.
